I do not work with minors. Clients must be at least 18 y/o to commission me, regardless of subject.

For commissions involving original characters, the client must provide a clear visual reference. Nude/NSFW references are allowed.

I reserve the right to reject a commission inquiry for any reason.

Deadlines can be arranged, but may require additional fees.

Work in progress (WIP) previews for more complex commissions will always be offered, otherwise WIPs will be provided only if requested.

Oversights on my end and minor fixes are free of charge, regardless of the status of completion.

Any larger changes or revisions to finalised work (meaning after the client has already approved it) are possible within 48 hours after completion and may require a fee.

Completed artwork will be delivered as a digital file. By ordering a commission from me, the client acknowledges and accepts that no physical item will be shipped.

Payment is typically made upfront and via PayPal or Stripe. Accepted currencies are EUR or USD.

Once an invoice is sent, the client is expected to pay within 48 hours. After 48 hours, failure to pay may result in cancellation of the commission slot and blacklisting. Work on the commission will start once payment is made.

Payment plans can be discussed for more complex commissions exceeding $200.

I do not offer refunds for completed work.

Refunds may be offered for incomplete, in-progress work on a case-by-case basis. Progress that has already been made will be subtracted from the refund accordingly.

I reserve the right to cancel an in-progress commission for any reason and at any time. In this case, the client will be refunded in full.

As the artist, unless otherwise specified by me explicitly and in writing, I am copyright owner and reserve the rights to my artwork. This includes the right to display the artwork further and use it for self-promotion.

Commissioned artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be sold or profited off further.

Commercial use of artwork can be discussed and will include a fee depending on type and complexity. This should be requested before work on the commission has started.

Proper credit must be given if commissioned work is uploaded to other galleries or social media.

The client may not alter or edit commissioned artwork without my explicit permission. Adding text or background images to transparent images or including commissioned work in reference sheets or personal projects are allowed, as long as I am credited.

My artwork, commissioned or otherwise, is not to be used as or associated in any form with NFTs (Non-fungible tokens).

My work may not be used to train AI or otherwise associated with AI-generated media.

For pre-made designs (adoptables), payment is expected to be completed within 24 hours after the invoice was sent, unless delays or payment plans were discussed beforehand.

I currently only take payments via PayPal.

Purchased designs are non-refundable.

Upon completing payment, the buyer will receive the full digital file/s and the rights to the character design.

As the artist, I reserve copyright to the original artwork and concept.

Usage of a design for larger commercial projects can be discussed, along with additional royalties/fees. Ideally, this should be done before completing the purchase/payment.

Once purchased, the buyer may change the design however they like (species, gender, markings, etc.).

The buyer may use the design in any personal manner, as well as for personal merch, as a fursuit or in indie projects (games, comics, etc.). I only ask to be credited for the original design.

The buyer may include my original art of the design on references or add text or a background, as long as proper credit is given.

Purchased designs may be traded, gifted or resold.

When reselling a design by me, pricing it higher than the initial purchase amount in order to profit off my work is discouraged and may result in blacklisting. Additional value from commissioned art, merch, fursuits, etc. can be added to the price, of course.

The buyer may not draw/paint over or directly edit my original art of the design without my permission.

The buyer may not turn a purchased design into a "closed species" or create copies of it to sell as separate adopts.

Purchased designs may not be used for larger commercial projects or products, unless this is discussed with me beforehand.

The buyer may not claim the original design as their own work/concept.

My designs may not be used as or associated with "NFTs" (Non-fungible tokens).

My designs and art my not be used to train AI or otherwise associated with AI-generated media.
